Hours: | 28 hours |
Salary: | £38,000 (pro rata) for 28 hours £29,500 |
You’ll work as part of the highly supportive and collaborative management team and lead our frontline services. You’ll be the driving force for continuously developing and improving our services, whilst supporting an incredible team of paid staff and volunteers who work with our clients through different channels, including phone, online and face-to-face.

What we need you to bring is your:
- Commitment to and good working knowledge and experience of providing high-quality advice services through a variety of channels.
- Ability to supervise advice sessions delivered by staff and volunteers.
- Commitment to our core values of equality and inclusion and to providing services to anyone in need of our advice and support.
- Great team-player, organisational, IT and communication skills – both oral and in writing.
- Empathy and sensitivity and your calm, respectful and caring approach.
- Desire to further develop your own skills and knowledge whilst also supporting the development of others through sharing yours.
